Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices associated with people, talent and the culture in Learning Ally. Annmarie has 30 years experience working as a Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with groups of managers to meet business goals, and particularly in times of rapid change and growth. Annmarie has been a consultant to transform business and human resources strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans through the management of performance and organizational processes including employee engagement, change management. She's a fervent believer in learning and envisions leadership and team growth as the key competitive advantage. Her extensive experience in smaller and mid-sized companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders. She has demonstrated results and successful outcomes created organizations that were able to embrace changes and learning in a positive way for individuals, groups and companies. Although Annmarie is compelled to dedicate her time and talents to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she currently provides support to a number of non-profit groups in her spare time. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to help women develop as leaders. Additionally, she provides education to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
